Production Weekly recently reported that Warner Premiere is moving forward with "Lost Boy 3: The Thirst," which will be written by Evan Charnov, whose only credit is writing for the "Fearless" TV show.
Now comes news that Dario Piana (The Deaths of Ian Stone) is on board to direct and both Corey Feldman and Jamison Newlander are set to return as the Frog brothers. Shooting is set to begin this November in South Africa.
Plot: When veteran vampire hunter Edgar Frog finds himself destitute and almost friendless, he thinks his live has hit bottom. But a wealthy vampire-romance novelist Gwen Liebling offers him a small fortune to go on the vampire hunt of a lifetime and rescue her son Peter from the Alpha Vampire DJ Dusk. With the help of his friends Zoe, Lars and Blake, Edgar heads into a bloody battle to exterminate evil.
Similar to "Lost Boy 2: The Tribe," the new movie will also head straight-to-DVD.
