Thanks to Entertainment Weekly, we now have the official poster for "Bernie," starring Jack Black, Mathew McConaughey and Shirley MacLaine. Check it out below.
Plot: The movie is set in the small town of Carthage, Texas, and follows community leader/mortician Bernie (Black), who strikes up an unlikely friendship with a wealthy but very particular widow (MacLaine). When he kills her, he goes to great lengths to maintain the illusion that she is still alive. McConaughey will play the town's district attorney, always angling for re-election and suspicious about the widow's death.
"Bernie" is directed by Richard Linklater (The School of Rock, Dazed and Confused) and will premiere next month at the SXSW Film Festival before its April 27th release.

I was an extra in this and go to be a priest in a funeral scene with Jack Black and Shirley MClaine. They're premiering it at SXSW in Austin next month. Been waiting for a decent Jack Black movie. This could be it.

I dont hate on this guy.He started in small roles like Mars Attack,Cable Guy,Jackal with Bruce Willis.Then moved up in Hollywood.Like him in School of Rock,Tenacious D,Nacho Libre.
He'll never have the looks of James Dean,Tom Cruise or Pitt.Hes just an average guy that made it in the biz.
