Red Bull Developing 3D Parkour Version of "Oliver Twist"Posted: May 15th, 2012 by WorstPreviews.com Staff
|
Red Bull Media House has signed on to produce "Twist," a 3D re-telling of Charles Dickens' "Oliver Twist" that's set in the present day. The plan is to go into pre-production this January.
Story will center around the novel's Fagin Gang, which will use parkour to carry out a series of art thefts in the film. The original idea comes from brothers Lynch and Simon Thomas.
Austria-based energy giant Red Bull launched its media and content business in 2007. Company owns television channel Servus TV channel and last year released "The Art of Flight," an 80-minute film centered on snowboarding.

"THE ORIGINAL IDEA COMES FROM..."
seriously? They are ripping off d*ckens simply so they can use the the name and they are calling this an original idea? This is original in the same way that fan fiction is original.

^ ^ Yes, I'm fed up also to read this new fashion of ripping off the classical British litterature!
Red Bull & d*ckens? f*ck off! They should really focus on the actual F1 season. d*ckheads.
