Nicholas Read, a 4'5 tall actor who played an Ewok in "Star Wars: Episode VI - Return of the Jedi" and a goblin in "Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone," has been arrested in England for flashing his penis to a female student traveling on a train.
Back in October of 2010, Read was arrested for sitting next to a schoolgirl on a train and masturbating under a hat for thirty minutes. He received twenty weeks in jail, but the sentence was suspended. His new offence puts him in breach, which means that the twenty weeks will be added to the punishment that he'll receive on July 13th.
"The bottom line is you are in breach of a suspended sentence," said the judge. "The normal consequence of that is to prison you go and that may well have to be the outcome."
Read is now bared from using the train except for purposes of attending court. He is also ordered to register as a sex offender. His criminal record dates back to 1995 and he has previously been convicted of making lewd phone calls to women.
