@Rambo - I'm betting that Coulson comes back as the Vision in The Avengers 2. Coulson is too well liked as a character to be killed off by Loki - even if it was a heroic death. And fans would quickly embrace the idea of this fallen S.H.I.E.L.D. agent somehow being transformed into the Vision. Its rewriting the canon of Vision's origins (which would no doubt piss off some). But it would be a great introduction to an Avengers character that has yet to be introduced to the roster by using the Coulson's legacy as a buffer.
