Today we have our first official look (blurry photo) at the upcoming "Mockingbird Lane" TV series, that's a remake of "The Munsters" and stars Jerry O'Connell as Herman Munster, Eddie Izzard as Grandpa, and Portia de Rossi as Lilly Munster. Check out the photos below.
Producer Bryan Fuller ("Pushing Daisies") spoke about the new show, stating: "The Munsters actually do what monsters do. They eat people and they have to live with the ramifications of being monstrous."
He added: "Everything is a metaphor for something that you can identify with in a relationship. The fact that Herman is in a constant state of decay and he's married to someone who doesn't age. We get to play with all those insecurities. The fact that he was made by his father-in-law and then has to live up to those standards; he's always trying to find his own identity."

some things are better left alone, and if it's remade, it has to look better...something hollywood misses 9.9 times when remaking or rebooting something...at least when christopher nolan did two face, he understood heavily why the fans were so disappointed with the look of two face on tommy lee jones, he's great as two face, but the look is just wrong...not particularly sure that catwoman and bane were necessary, i was hoping we'd see another villain not shown before in films like when they introduced the scarecrow
