Today we have a photo of Alexa Vega as the character KillJoy in the upcoming "Machete" sequel, called "Machete Kills." Vega, who is best known for playing Carmen Cortez in Robert Rodriguez's "Spy Kids" franchise, posted the photo on her Instagram account, stating: "[Rodriguez] gave the ok for a sneak peek... @machetekills KillJoy." Check out the photo below.
Plot: The story finds the titular ex-federale (Danny Trejo) recruited by the US government to stop an arms dealer (Mel Gibson) from launching a deadly missile.
The film co-stars Michelle Rodriguez, Demian Bichir, Amber Heard, Sofia Vergara, Zoe Saldana and Charlie Sheen. A release date has yet to be set.
