Ruining awesome car chase with choppy editing - that's Forster. The only good thing was the opening seconds with camera flying over the water and straight into action and the way Apfa Romeo falls from the cliff (great sound effect - engine roar).
I imagine how the stunt team felt when they saw the final edit: "Months of work and literally almost loosing two lives - and that's what people get?"

@Ranger: we definitely are. R. Moore was more or less the same as he was in The Saint tv show. At the end you could hear a squeaking sound every time he raised his eyebrows. Brosnan was definitely not virile enough and his body was way too thin to show some strength in any fight or any scene that requires solid force. He was very good for a Brioni suit advert but that was it.
Lazenby was very unlucky to be thrown out like that as I thought he was a very decent successor to Connery. The movie was bad enough when they thought it would be a good idea for Bond to get married and he was blamed for the worst Bond story. Really sad for him.
