HBO has unveiled new photos of Toby Jones as director Alfred Hitchcock in the upcoming "The Girl" movie, which takes a look at the relationship between Hitchcock and Tippi Hedren. Check out the photos below.
Hitchock first saw Hedren in 1961 in a TV commercial. He went on to direct her in "The Birds" and "Marnie." "I admired Hitch tremendously for his great talent and still do," said Hedren. "Yet, at the same time, I loathed him for his off-set behavior and the way he came on to me sexually."
"The Girl" is set to premiere on HBO on October 20th.
Question: Who looks like a better Hitchcock, Toby Jones or Anthony Hopkins (from the upcoming "Hitchcock" movie)?

Poor Toby Jones, such a terrific actor - first overshadowed by Hoffman in "Capote", now same thing will happen with Hopkins.
Bigger projects, bigger stars - more publicity.

Not that Toby looks great. I mean, he looks better, but that's not saying much.

Neither of them look a lick like Hitchc*ck, any more than any random bald, old, fat white man in a suit looks like Hitchc*ck.
They need to do the man biographical justice instead of commercializing his name for a dollar, and I'm not sure either of these projects is anything more than a buck jump.
