About a year ago, Cinemax picked up twelve episodes of Luc Besson's upcoming "Transporter" TV series, which is based on the popular film franchise that stars Jason Statham. And today, we have an official trailer for the new show. Check it out below.
"Transporter," the series, will center on professional transporter Frank Martin operating in a seedy underworld of dangerous criminals and desperate players. Martin can always be counted on to get the job done — discreetly. He has three rules: Never change the deal, no names and never open the package.
Chris Vance ("Prison Break," "Dexter") stars as Martin, while Andrea Osvart played his trusted handler Carla, and Francois Berleand reprises his role of Inspector Tarconi from the films. The rest of the cast includes Delphine Chaneac as Juliette, a reporter who knows about Frank's work, and Rachel Skarsten as Delia, the daughter of someone from Frank's past.

^Congratulations, Trailer! You have your first very own tailor-made troll! Now you just have to make sure you don't feed the f*cker after midnight.
As for the news, well what else can be said? Statham made the films, for better or worse, and considering the rather low production values, especially the second film's abysmal quality, I'll say 'better', and I'll also say no one will watch an action vehicle, no pun intended, custom made almost for Jason, turned into some generic television fodder.
I drove that car, it's a fantastic machine! The dashboard is very impressive, 8 speed with a S for sport mode, great sensations even for a big car like this one. And it's a keyless too.
