LA Times is reporting that Samuel L Jackson has joined the cast of the upcoming "Oldboy" remake that stars Josh Brolin, Sharlto Copley (District 9), and Elizabeth Olsen (Silent House).
Jackson will play a small role as the man who is being tortured by the main character (Brolin) in a key revenge scene. In the original film, Dae-su Oh exacts vengeance on a man who once guarded him by extracting his teeth one-by-one with a hammer (watch scene below). Jackson won't have his teeth pulled out, but his punishment will be just as bloody and painful.
"Oldboy" will be directed by *sshole Spike Lee and will begin shooting this fall in Louisiana and New York.

anyway this film is overrated as f*ck,just like most Korean Films.at the end it leaves you with a bad taste in your mouth and hollow inside.just more bloody pornography just like Eli Roth films.
I tried to get this movie on dvd and it is overpriced as f*ck cause the fanboys jerk off to this movie constantly.

What do you know a good movie, I dont even mind subtitles and I'm American.
