"Entourage" Movie Script Will be Finished in a Few DaysPosted: September 13th, 2012 by WorstPreviews.com Staff
|
Before HBO aired the eighth and final season of "Entourage," Mark Wahlberg and creator Doug Ellin were talking about ending the TV series on the big screen. It's now over a year later and Ellin is proud to report that he's going to be finished with the screenplay by Sunday.
Ellin said that the script picks up six months after the series left off. "There are interesting developments about Ari as a studio head, and that's still the first page for me," he explained. "But foremost is the friendship between the guys who are still hanging out and going to fun parties, and it continues with the same characters."
Jeremy Piven, Adrian Grenier, Kevin Dillon, Kevin Connolly and Jerry Ferrara are all interested in reprising their roles, but HBO says that it will need to see the script before offering any deals to the actors.

Entourage was awesome! Not really comparable to Always Sunny (awesome) or X-Files (even Better!). I'm still hoping there is going to be another X-Files movie though!

Dennis: Hi. I’m a recovering crackhead. This is my retarded sister that I take care of. I’d like some welfare, please.
Always Sunny kicks ass. Entourage was great until it became dumb...which was around the 3rd or 4th season.

All I care about is the Arrested Development movie. Havn't seen this show, it's so far down the list of shows I need to watch I doubt I will ever see it. Just started watching Buffy from the start again and rekindled my love for Sarah Michelle Gellar. Why isn't she in more things?

The script will need to be absolutely stellar, then, for the actors to get big-screen money for what's almost a niche television show without a compelling big-screen presence.

Probably both, unless Walking Dead is a Lindsay Lohan biopic, but I was mostly referring to Entourage. Not an enormously well-known shown.
