TMZ learned that earlier today, a crew member working on Disney's "The Lone Ranger," starring Johnny Depp, has died due to an accident. The person was a diver preparing a tank when something was wrong.
"Someone on the crew called 911 to report a medical emergency, and when responders arrived to the scene the man was in full cardiac arrest," said TMZ. "He was helicoptered to a nearby hospital, but EMTs were unable to restart his heart on the flight. He was pronounced dead at the hospital."
Disney released the following statement: "We regretfully confirm that a 'Lone Ranger' crew member has passed away after being taken to a local hospital. Our hearts and thoughts are with his family, friends, and colleagues at this time, and our full support is behind the investigation into the circumstances of this terrible event."

^^Don't forget the unfortunate accident that took the lives of 2 children & an adult cast member on the making of the TWILIGHT ZONE where a part of the movie was being directed by John Landis when a huge helicopter prop fell on them...it was in the late 80s, I believe...
Or the time Brandon Lee got shot when doing a take with firearms where the arm/ weapon specialist had left early that day...
Just shame how some were accidents, but could've been avoided. This article seems more to believe that it was from natural causes such as cardiac arrest...
Sh!t happens...but yeah, sucks when it was just for a movie.

How is it an accident if he had a heart attack? You can get those things anywhere, especially if you're predisposed to them. Could have been just as much a natural death, without more information.
