"Prometheus" is set to hit stores on DVD and Blu-ray on October 11th, and will contain lots of deleted scenes that are supposed to clear a few things up. But in recent weeks, some of those scenes have been appearing online. And today, we have what we've been waiting for.
SPOILERS AHEAD:
When the DVD/Blu-ray release was first announced, we knew that there will be extended version of the scene in which David (Michael Fassbender) speaks with an Engineer, and an extended version of "The Final Battle," in which Elizabeth (Noomi Rapace) fight that same Enginner.

In fact, why were any of these cut? There was far more fluff in the actual film that didn't deserve screentime.
I'm still hanging out for some Earth-sequences involving Weyland (such as his Prometheus-speech).

You'll be waiting a long, long time, then, as they were likely never shot, as a script would likely never contain scenes and shots far outside the scope of continuity, as you seem to want.
