"Iron Man 3" is still filming, with recent set photos showing Robert Downey Jr walking around is a motion-capture suit. If rumors are to be believed, Tony Stark will have some serious work to do in the new film, since it's said that his new suit (Mark 47) has the ability to control 40 other suits simultaneously.
This has yet to be confirmed, but according to photos of new "Iron Man 3" toys that were shown at a Hasbro party, there's a good chance that this is accurate. The toys, which will be available for purchase next year, show Mark 47 along with many other Iron Man suits.
Check out the toy photos below. And once again, this is just a rumor. Maybe the toys are of suits that Stark will wear at different points in the movie. After all, that black suit looks a lot like Iron Man's stealth armor.

Oh bullsh*t... This doesn't prove anything about what new suits could look like in the sequel. Marvel has released a bunch of the comics' suits in each Iron Man movie packaging. I call same here. Plus they are not even real toys. They are hyper-stylized figurines.
