Michael Dougherty, writer of screenplays for "Superman Returns" and "X2," has posted the poster for "Trick 'r Treat," which he's directing. For more on this movie, check out Dougherty's MySpace page, where he posted a Halloween short.
The film is about four interwoven stories that occur on Halloween. An everyday high school principal has a secret life as a serial killer; a college virgin might have just met the one guy for her; a group of teenagers pull a mean prank; a woman who loathes the night has to contend with her holiday-obsessed husband.
Part of the cast are Anna Paquin and Brian Cox, who both worked with Dougherty on "X2." "Trick 'r Treat" hits theaters on October 5th, 2007.
