Just a few days after James Holmes shot and killed 12 people and injured 58 others during a midnight screening of "The Dark Knight Rises" in Colorado, another man is now facing criminal charges for his role in a fight that took place during a screening of the same movie in Pennsylvania.

Ever since we learned that a man opened fire on a group of movie-goers during a midnight screening of "The Dark Knight Rises," news about the tragedy has been pouring out, including a photo of the gunman, James Holmes (pictured), a 24-year-old California man who moved to Colorado last year to pursue a PHD in neuroscience at the University of Colorado.
