Rambo: I know I'll get fried by the fanboys for this review but what can i say...i didn't like this movie so much.yes,it combined some great super heroes and yes,there were some funny moments and yes the special effects were top notch BUT something was missing.what? it's a combination of a few things,lack of proper and elevating sountrack to start with,lack of proper villian (Loki was poor also in Thor),1 or 2 weak characters alike black widow which basically has zero super powers but most of all the action was lacking emotional substance and style.I didn't really care for any of the characters and the action scenes were too PG-13 and flat.The best moment of the movie was Loki's rape by the hulk.that made me LOL but other then this it was all very mediocre and average.

Slimer42: This is a fanboys dream that not only geeks can watch but universally everyone. This movie was filled with action, humor, and a great storyline. It left a big impact on all movies and the movie industry. The only person who couldn't love it is Rambo who submitted his review above mine. He is the only hater to the film. |

bandolero999: Yes the hype is worth it.The movie is amazing.Just look at the box office results.I thought Whedon's Serenity was okay,but what an improvement. Great script,character development,special effects and action.
Thor,Iron Man,Hulk,Capt America shine in their roles.Scarlett Johanson wasnt bad either except for the ending part with the aliens,but it's tolerable she's the only female in the team.My only problems in the movie were famewhore Sam Jackson who acts like himself in every movie after the 90s.Jeremy Renner had no reason to be in this film he is laughable enough with his little kid looks and overgrown arms.He doesn't even have his mask on like the comic book,but whatever he gets the least screen time.Loki was an outstanding villain like he was in the Thor movie.Very convincing acting.This one is a Bluray purchase for sure and if you see this one in the theaters more than once,I dont blame you one bit. |

fairytail: It was amazing it pulled at my geek strings. I have been waiting for this movie since I saw Nick Furry at the end of Iron Man. Though I thought they would go straight into red skull being the main villain I felt happy they tied up Loki's story. |
